Main Event Wine Notes
Bieler P&F Jassine Cotes De Rhone Red
The resulting wine is beautiful on the nose with brooding raspberry, black cherry, garrigue (rosemary, thyme), chocolate and tobacco which builds and concentrates on the palate. The mouthfeel is rich without being heavy and maintains freshness thanks to the hilltop fruit and norther latitude. Tannins are soft, round and inviting. All the fruit comes from Valréas, a hilly location on the east side of the Rhône. This wine is 60% Grenache and he and 40% Syrah.
Charles & Charles Bolt Red
The wine is led with dark chocolate, black cherry, melted licorice, alder, forest floor, cassis, and cigar box. On the palatte it’s chewy and dark, but not heavy and soupy. It has a lot of energy to it; a really vibrant, raw, honest Cabernet. All the fruit is largely grown on the Goose Mountain portion of the Goose Ridge Ranch in the Columbia Valley, AVA in Columbia Valley, Washington.
Joel Gott 815 Cabernet
Our 2021 815 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of raspberries, blackberries, plum, and mocha with notes of cinnamon and cedar. The wine opens with red fruit flavors, followed by velvety tannins on the mid-palate and notes of black pepper on the long, textured finish. All the fruit is largely grown on the Goose Mountain portion of the Goose Ridge Ranch in the Columbia Valley, AVA in Columbia Valley, Washington.
